About the Artist :
Mohit Shridhar hails from a family of dancers belong to JaipurGharana. Mohit started his training since childhood
from his father shri Kamal Shridhar. Later he took professional training from his guru Pt. Rajendra Kumar Gangani in Kathak Kendra New Delhi. Where completed
his post Diploma. He remained a scholar during his
studentship and from Sahitya Kala Prishad. Mohit considered as promising young performer in Kathak today.
He has performed in Solo and choreographies. He has also been invited to dance with different kathak artists choreographies prominent of them are.
Vaibhav Kumar Modi is a man of many talents. In his day job, he runs a curation house and consults Mahatma Gandhi Digital Museums. He has given away over 1,50,000 hours of Gandhian education and has represented India in Russia, Australia and South Africa In his other pursuits he has co founded the Hyderabad Dance Festival, also started an experience curation company and is working for the inclusion of LGBTQIA community in India. He curates Rainbow Nights now known as One Love at the first inclusive speakeasy of Hyderabad. Vaibhav is also an exponent of the Kathak, having learnt the dance form under Shri Mohit Sridhar. Vaibhav has performed at several leading venues and events, including the Antarang Dance Festival, QAF Art Festival, and Rabindra Bharati in Hyderabad. He has also been appreciated by ICCR, Govt. Of India and has won the Swami Vivekananda Visista Puruskar.
